1995 Heitz

Dinner at Da Paolo's in Singapore.

1995 Heitz Cabernet Sauvignon - this was rather nice.  Typically Californian: forward, sweet fruits, good concentration.  Not too tannic.  Delicious.  I'll definitely drink this again.  Felt the alcohol kick.
