Overture

Dinner at Hotel Kajikaso in Hakone.

Overture - this is the non-vintage second wine of Opus One.  Opened in the morning and breathed for most of the day, so it was actually very drinkable by dinner time.  Pretty smooth, but not an amazing wine.
