Dinner at Farm House in Hong Kong.

1987 von Schubert Maximin Grünhauser Abtsberg Kabinett - acidity naturally higher here, but it's not crisp acidity, but much more mature, mellow and rounded.  White flowers and white pepper in the nose…or was that the black pepper in my crab I was smelling?!
