95 von Schubert

Dinner at Man Wah.

1995 von Schubert Maximin Grünhäuser Herrenberg Auslese 91 - very nicely balanced on the palate, with reasonable acidity here.  Nice marmalade notes along with the usual flinty and petrol nose.
