Koshinosetsu Getsuka

Dinner at Ebi-no-Hige in Hong Kong.

Koshinosetsu Getsuka Ginjo Namachozoshu (越乃雪月花 吟醸 生貯蔵酒) - slightly sweet upfront but medium dry on the palate.  Clean and easy to drink.
