2007 Bonneau CdP

Dinner at Wagyu Vanne.

2007 Henri Bonneau Châteauneuf-du-Pape - surprisingly sweet on the nose, almost bubble gum-like, with smoky, leather notes, but also a little dusty at first.  Improved after some aeration.
