Dassai 23

Drinking at home.

Dassai 23 (獺祭  純米大吟醸  磨き二割三分), R2BY - served a little on the warm side.  More spicy on the palate than expected, but still plenty of banana and tropical notes.  Definitely rounded and a little viscous.
