Tabika Junmai Ginjo New Year of the Rabbit 2023 (田光　純米吟醸 New Year of the Rabbit 2023), R4BY - seimaibuai of 55%. Not too sweet on the palate, with a hint of sweetness upfront. A little starchy rice on the nose, with a hint of bananas. Spicy finish but comes back sweet.
