Iseno Shiroki Junmai Nama Sparkling (伊勢の白酒 純米生活性), 2020-21 - nice and fruity, love that fruity acidity and the fizziness on the tongue.
Katsuyama Junmai Ginjo Ken (勝山 純米吟醸 献), 2023 - seimaibuai (精米歩合) of 50%. Nose of banana and starchy rice. Smooth on the palate. Slightly sweet on the attack, with a little fruity acidity giving a good balance and a slightly dry finish.
