Suminoe Junmai Ginjo Assemblage Something Four (墨廼江 純米吟醸 アッサンブラージュ Something Four), 2024 - seimaibuai of 55%. Balanced on the palate, not really sweet and slightly dry. Very fragrant in the mouth.
