2001 von Schubert Spätlese - Trocken

Lunch at Bonheur.

2001 von Schubert Maximin Grünhäuser Abtsberg Spätlese Trocken - petrol, lemon, white flowers in the nose.  Crisp and dry on the palate, almost a little fizzy.  Very long finish.  A beautiful wine.
