2025 Vastira
Lunch at Ru Yuan in Hangzhou.
2025 Jinyu Yunlai Petit Manseng Vastira - flinty and mineral on the nose. Acidity was nice and high, but there was some ripeness on the front palate. Lovely lemon notes.
