1995 JJ Prüm Auslese

Dinner at San Xi Lou.

1995 Jos. Joh. Prüm Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese - fragrant with white flowers, a little flint.  Nice acidity balance, getting sweeter later on.
