Fleury Blanc de Noirs

Lunch at The Tasting Room in Macau.

Fleury Blanc de Noirs Brut - a little yeasty at first, medium-bodied with nice acidity, seemingly nicely balanced.  After some food, palate changed and acidity became more prominent.
