1998 Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz
1998 Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz - opened in office. Typical Aussie Shiraz, but with age it softened a little. Nose initially pretty alcoholic, lots of sweet fruit, vanilla, smoke and ripe melon. Still reasonably tannic. Not bad for an Aussie Shiraz.
