Masumi Sanka

Dinner at Ishiyama.

Masumi Junmai Daiginjo Sanka (真澄  純米大吟醸  山花), from 300ml - the fermented flavors were stronger on the palate than I had remembered. A bit of acidity here, with a slightly spicy finish.
